actually it looks like a spackle paint maybe. 4 flute cutter, 3800 rmp nice chip load the surface looks really nice - but when you look real close, really really close when the light is just right you can see what looks like a moon crater surface or orange peel surface. Approximately 1/8' to 1/4' of material from the sides and top taken off.
